The record comes in a generic polylined paper sleeve, but this version also includes a separate sleeve with printed lyrics...assuming the printed sleeve is a reproduction of the original.

I don't think this is the same remaster as the 2016 40th Anniversary box set. This is a half speed remaster done at Abbey Road Studios like the box set edition. However, the box set is a mono mix and this reissue is stereo. It sounds top notch though. First thing that stands out is the driving low end. Super rich, deep bass tones. Extremely full sound. Drums sound nice but coulda been a lil more punchy but that's my only complaint. Dynamic range is excellent, cymbal crashes simmer. The vocals are up front and the music has great energy that defines the Ramones superbly. Sounds great. Pressed flat, centered correctly and dead quiet. 9/10. Very happy with the sound on this.

There's an error in my original comment. This reissue is the mono mix cut at Abbey Road. After reading your comment I went back and compared the matrix numbers from this reissue and the LP that comes in the Deluxe edition and they indeed match up. I must have been looking at the remastered stereo version of the CD that also comes in the deluxe version thinking that was the LP, sorry for the confusion. I wish I could be more helpful but I don't have the original mix to compare this to. I will say though that this version does not sound brickwalled at all. The vocals are loud but they don't over power the instrumentation. Everything is balanced well so no one instrument or vocals stand out above the rest. What struck me on this release is the clarity is pretty excellent and I could hear the guitar and bass really well and follow along with the music just as much as the vocals. Brick my own

so it sounds more like the original mix and not like the brickwalled cd from the box set? or is it more punchy than the original vinyl/mix ?I never liked the voices being louder than the music, I always found it odd for a punk record :-/
